01. Understanding the 'Factory Protection' of New Ovens
A new oven may be coated with protective oil to prevent rust and protect the internal components.
BRESSO® All the ovens will be heated at 260 degrees for more than 4 hours before delivery to reduce odor and residue. However, we recommend preheat the new oven before use.
02. First use steps of a new oven
In order to ensure that the new oven reaches its optimal state before use and effectively removes any possible odors, we have developed the following detailed preheating and deodorization steps.
Please follow the steps below to ensure that your oven serves you efficiently.
operating steps
# 50℃
{Low-temperature preheating, initial wake-up}
✦operation:
Set the oven to heat up to 50 degrees simultaneously, and keep this temperature for 1 hour.
✦ purpose:
Let the components inside the oven slowly adapt to temperature changes to reduce the stress caused by sudden high temperatures.
# 100℃
{Medium temperature stability, deepen the preheating}
✦ operate
Continue to raise the temperature to 100 degrees and warm for 1 hour.
✦ purpose:
Further stabilize the oven temperature so that the oven reaches to a relatively balanced state.
# 150℃
{Ingredients to taste, natural and fresh}
✦ operate
When the temperature reaches 150 degrees, put some ingredients such as onion or lemon peel in the oven and keep this temperature for an hour.
✦ purpose:
The aroma of these ingredients helps adsorb and remove odors from the oven.
☛ Note: make sure that the ingredients do not directly contact the heating tube, so as not to cause burning.
# 200℃
{High temperature baking, heating continues}
✦ operate
Set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees simultaneously, and keep this temperature for 1 hour.
# 230℃
{Final preheating, full preheating}
✦ operate:
Set the oven to heat up and down to 230 degrees, and keep this temperature for 1 hour.
✦ purpose:
By baking at a higher temperature, ensure that every corner of the oven is fully preheated, while further removing residual odors.
# 250℃
{Perfect finish}
✦ operate:
Set the oven to heat up to 250 degrees simultaneously.
✦ purpose:
Complete the final preheating and flavor removal process, so that the oven reaches the best working condition.
Warm tips
Safety first: during the whole preheating process, make sure that there are no flammable items around the oven and pay attention to the working state of the oven.
Wait patiently: preheating to taste is a relatively long process, please wait patiently, do not rush.
03. Cleaning and inspection
After the first preheating process, wait for the oven to cool naturally to room temperature, and then gently wipe the inside of the oven with a wet cloth to remove possible residual stains or odors.
Check whether the oven door sealing strip is intact, and whether the heating pipe, fan and other components are abnormal.
Tips for daily use
Clean the residue: after each use, clean the residue left by the furnace in time and keep the oven clean.
Wipe Note: When the oven heating temperature exceeds 150 degrees, avoid wiping with water to prevent steam damage to the oven.
Avoid overloading: in the process of use, remember not to use heavy objects such as stacked baking tray to press the oven inside, protect the oven structure and stone life.
Draw the point, keep in mind
Any circuit and its connection mode shall not be changed without authorization, and must maintain the original production state;
