The International Bakery Technology Fair (iba) in Munich is an important industry event for bakery and pastry making crafts, and is the No.1 professional bakery exhibition in the international bakery industry. Started in 1949, it is held every three years. Originally scheduled to be held in 2021, iba was postponed to October 22-26, 2023 in Munich, Germany.
