A Dialogue About Bread
A Cross-Border Fusion of Craftsmanship

/

As the first chill of winter appears, the BRESSO® baking classroom was bustling with energy. The ‘Korean Baking Technology Demonstration’ was successfully held and came to a perfect conclusion!

We were very honored to have Teacher Peng Fudong, the first Chinese Dual World Bread Champion; Teacher Judy, Advisor to the Singapore Bakery Association and Judge for the IBA World Baker Competition; and Teacher Gao, a famous Korean baking instructor, join us at the event to share their experiences.

This was a cross-border exchange of skills, a deep dialogue facing the pain points of business operations, and a joint exploration of the future possibilities of baking. Baking colleagues from all over the country gathered together to spend a fulfilling and wonderful day.

Technology-Empowered

Baking Efficiency

Mr. Zhao Xiangxi, Vice Chairman of Hanbake Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., has always upheld the principle of “Persisting in long-termism, doing the difficult but correct things.” This is not just a slogan, but a code of conduct engraved in our genes.

We believe that true value needs to be pioneered by continuous technological innovation and polished by solid craftsmanship accumulation.

It is this almost stubborn persistence that drives Hanbake to study deeply, finally tempering belief into products—a series of high-performance, user-friendly, and powerful professional ovens designed specifically for bakery owners.

Deep Focus
Operational Pain Points

In recent years, competition in the domestic baking industry has intensified and costs have climbed. How to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and break through the competition has become a common topic of concern for practitioners.

The baking industries in neighboring Japan and South Korea started earlier and have also experienced stages of fierce competition. The successful stores that have survived there provide us with valuable references.

To this end, Hanbake Technology actively promotes industry exchanges between China and Korea, organizing baking study tours, China-Korea technical exchange meetings, and other activities to help practitioners broaden their horizons and empower their growth.

In this event, Teacher Han Sang-baek shared the latest store management concepts from Korea, bringing new operational ideas to the guests on-site.

With the stable support of Hanbake ovens, every bread becomes a quantifiable, replicable high-quality product, allowing every attendee to clearly see the complete path from creativity to mass production.

“The essence of business is to continuously attract customers to return.” This is not just a transfer of experience, but a transferable, implementable store operation mindset model.

Korean Masters
Sharing Everything Without Reservation

We were honored to invite two Korean masters—Teacher Han Sang-baek and Teacher Baek Jin-woo—to the scene to teach everyone how to create unique “hit products” (best-sellers) that can ignite social media and boost store sales.

From raw material selection to flavor pairing, the masters deconstructed every detail, sharing without reservation.

The masters started from the underlying logic of flavor architecture, demonstrating live how to use natural yeast flexibly, fuse special grain flavors, and use new filling combination thinking to construct bread with distinct memory points.

The success of the event is inseparable from the trust and support of every baking colleague who traveled from afar.

HANBAKE® is committed to becoming a reliable partner for every owner. We have always “persisted in long-termism, doing the difficult but correct things.” We practice the belief of “long-termism” through continuous technological innovation and solid craftsmanship accumulation.

Craftsmanship never stops, exploration never ceases.
Looking forward to the next time we gather together
To explore more possibilities.
