The Retro Rotary Convection Oven adopts a unique 360° rotary heating technology, which, together with the intelligent temperature control system, enables an even distribution of heat during the baking process. Its retro exterior design is inspired by traditional European bread kilns, but the interior is equipped with a state-of-the-art digital control system, The design concept of “fusion of tradition and modernity” is perfectly interpreted.


Refrigerated Proofer AIR breaks through the limitations of traditional fermentation equipment and is equipped with the newly developed intelligent humidity control system, which can realize the precision control of humidity.
