Ingredients:
- 5 cups bread flour
- 2 cups warm milk

Instructions:
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead for 10-12 minutes until elastic.
- Incorporate softened butter into the dough, kneading until smooth and shiny.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled.
- Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
